Hi, welcome to Pey It Forward!

My name is Peyton and I am a graduate of Louisiana State University where I studied Mass Communication with a focus in public relations. I was born and raised in the great state of Louisiana, where I was taught to bleed purple and gold on Saturdays and yell "Who Dat" for the Saints on Sundays.

Living in the south has taught me the importance of family, faith, traditions, and a great front porch. Coffee and my planner are both essential parts of my day. I love anything chocolate, making lists, and spending time with my family and friends.

Pey it Forward originated in 2014, the spring of my freshmen year of college, when I had to create a blog for a class project.

Today, Pey it Forward is a lifestyle and personal development blog geared towards finding balance in college, while focusing on the important things in life and having some fun along the way.

Professional 

I have the honor and privilege of starting my post-graduate career in Public Relations for my dream job in Dallas, Texas.

I am excited to pursue a career that combines my writing skills with my passion for creativity, photography and graphic design.

​Professionally, ​​I have concentrated on media relations, marketing, event planning and nonprofit communication. I am intrigued by digital public relations and social media, and also want to further explore the realms of branding, content creation and design.
