I cannot believe that this was my final football season as a college student! I'm still in denial that I won't be able to sit with all of my sorority sisters in the student section next year...
This has been a season filled with ups and downs for LSU (from getting a new quarterback, losing our beloved mascot, and gaining a new head coach), but a great season for gameday fashion trends.
Here are a few of my favorite trends from this past season, as well as my favorite snaps from Saturdays filled with tailgating and tiger football:

My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Finds
Since summer is still in full swing down in Baton Rouge, it's hard to think about fall fashion and shopping for cold weather clothing. The only thing that could make me think about cardigans, jeans, and booties though is the annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale because it is too good to pass up...

Southern Hospitality and Last Minute Game Day Outfits
In an amazing display of southern hospitality and SEC sportsmanship, LSU opened up Death Valley to the South Carolina Gamecocks this weekend.
Due to the massive amount of flooding that occurred in South Carolina last week, the match-up between the Tigers and the Gamecocks had to be moved just a few days before kickoff.
The short-notice of the game change did not deter the university or the city of Baton Rouge from extending a warm welcome to our neighbors from South Carolina.
While this game did produce one of the smallest crowds that Tiger Stadium has ever seen, it did not prevent girls from pulling out all of the stops with their game day outfits and I was able to catch a few of my sorority sisters before they headed out to tailgate. They helped me show off some of the different ways you can style and outfit for a long day of LSU football.

A College Girls Guide to Corporate Dressing
If you step on LSU's campus on any typical weekday, you will
notice a clothing trend among the college-aged women there. Almost every girls
is dressed in athletic shorts, tennis shoes, and an over-sized t-shirt.
This unofficial uniform is so common because it's easy and
comfortable. I admit, it's what I wear every day to class and I love it!
What happens though when these girls have to transition from
the classroom to the corporate workplace? This was the question I faced when I
started working as the marketing intern for a law firm this summer.
As a twenty-something, dressing for work can be tricky. It
is important to look put together and professional, while still staying true to
your style.
I find that the best way to do this is by finding the
perfect fit, keeping clothing modest, and incorporating some color.
